Founded by Jessica Swafford, a licensed nurse of 16 years, certified health and wellness coach, trauma-aware guide, and published author. Zen Studio is a digital sanctuary for those navigating stress, anxiety, overthinking, ptsd, grief or emotional burnout.
Zen Studio was born from Jessica’s journey as both a caregiver and a creative; where art, and emotion lived side by side. Her artistic experience taught her that healing often begins not with words, but with expression, color, intuition, and the freedom to feel.
